- Already have a completed W-9?
Once completed, the W-9 will automatically be sent to Macalester鈥檚 Accounts Payable department for processing. Please contact Macalester Accounts Payable at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Current Macalester Students SHOULD NOT complete a Vendor W-9, instead, go to the Macalester Student W-9 webpage.
The VENDOR should complete their OWN tax document. Macalester Employees DO NOT complete the W-9 on behalf of the Vendor. Macalester Employees, you can send this page’s link Submit W-9 securely or share the QR image below with a VENDOR. When the Vendor scans the QR code with their Smartphone it will take them to this “Submit W-9 securely” webpage.
