Once completed, the form will automatically be sent to Macalester鈥檚 Accounts Payable department for processing.   Please contact Macalester Accounts Payable at  with any questions or concerns.

If you are a Domestic (US) vendor, please visit Domestic Vendors Submit W-9 securely. 

Current Macalester Students should complete a W-8BEN via Glacier.  Contact [email protected] with any questions.

The VENDOR should complete their OWN tax document.  Macalester Employees DO NOT complete the W-9 on behalf of the Vendor.
