The High Winds Fund provides funding for many neighborhood projects that improve and enhance the beauty, serenity and security of the neighborhood.

Medians and Traffic Calming —  With the goals of improving pedestrian safety, calming traffic and beautifying the neighborhood, The High Winds Fund worked with neighborhood organizations, the City of Saint Paul, the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and Congresswoman Betty McCollum’s office to build The Snelling Avenue median in 2010.
