Kofi Annan Institute for Global Citizenship Dean’s Office

The Kofi Annan Institute for Global Citizenship Dean鈥檚 Office works in close collaboration with the Community Engagement Center and Center for Study Away in shaping our purpose and priorities as well as implementing all of our initiatives. 

We invite the campus and broader communities to co-create knowledge and action projects around critical global engagement, with emphasis on interdisciplinarity, local/global interconnections, place-based/embodied ways of knowing, and partnership and belonging.  

We open up space for collaborations and dialogues among faculty, staff, and students to engage with themes and issues related to Macalester鈥檚 educational mission. 

Join us in reimagining and re-shaping our relationships, practices, programs, curricula, and policies to connect with larger movements for resilience and justice.
