Greetings from the Edge of the Anthropocene! Wish You Were Here!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A devised theatre piece directed by Assistant Professor kt shorb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performances occur over two weekends:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, April 24 at 7:30pm
Saturday, April 25 at 8:00pm
Sunday, April 26 at 1:30pm
and again
Friday May 1 at 7:30pm and Saturday May 2 at 1:30pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Devised theatre<\/a> consists of creating a performance collaboratively, as an ensemble. As such, this piece does not yet have a script. It will, however, reflect on a sense of our historical moment which is, frankly, very scary. Rather than running away from what scares us (rising fascism, potential economic collapse, climate change, rapid isolationism, etc.), we will use this creative process to actively investigate what is happening and use that as fodder for storytelling. Maybe we will find solutions. Maybe we will just cry. Both will likely happen. At least we can have fun!<\/p>\n\n\n
