Students are given a specific dollar amount that they may earn each semester. Until the money is earned and applied to your account, you will not see the credit for it. Validation and the Add\/Drop period occurs during the first two weeks of classes. All Validation Holds from Student Accounts must be resolved by the final day of the Validation and Add\/Drop period to confirm enrollment and continue status as a student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#top\">top of page<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a name=\"q8\" id=\"q8\"><\/a>Do I have to pay for health insurance coverage if I have my own coverage?<\/strong><br>By default, all students are charged for the health insurance and are responsible for waiving out of the policy. Health insurance coverage is mandatory.&nbsp; A student must waive out on or before the deadline of August 13, 2025, in order for the fees to be waived and credited back to the student&#8217;s billing account. To waive out of the policy, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallagherstudent.com\/students\/student-home.php?idField=1214\">Gallagher Student Health<\/a>&nbsp;web site.
