Originally constructed in 1926 and most recently renovated in 1993, Kirk was the second residence hall built at Macalester and is divided into nine sections with separate entrances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resident Information:<\/strong> Kirk houses returning students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bathrooms: <\/strong>Please see the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/u\/1\/d\/1kKt6ygfRG-pGi3JXu9ZgGI5Q87HsyIF0RJS1PaEt8V4\/preview\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1QtfuANrpD9vKQKnrmEeyhyw7CmbG49o5YQTf94wOxhE\/preview\">Bathroom Inventory<\/a> for more information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laundry Facilities:<\/strong> Laundry facilities are located in the basement of section 8.<br><strong>Kitchen:<\/strong> There is a kitchen in the basement of section 2 with a stove, microwave and a sink.<br><strong>Lounges:<\/strong> There is a lounge in the basement of section 2 and a formal lounge in section 8, equipped with a microwave oven.<br><strong>General Room Information:<\/strong> Singles, double room suites, and triple room suites.&nbsp; All Suites have a common room and single bedrooms.
