Tom is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/president\/senior-leadership-team\/\">Senior Leadership Team<\/a> and sits on the Faculty Personnel Committee, the Educational Policy and Governance Committee, and the Faculty Advisory Council.
