His work supports faculty scholarship through grant development and external compliance requirements. He also manages the work of the DeWitt Wallace Library and the MAX Center. Paul is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/president\/senior-leadership-team\/\">Senior Leadership Team<\/a>, co-Chairs the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/strategic-plan\/\">Strategic Plan Implementation Committee<\/a>, and is a Professor of Biology.
