I am implementing a program I designed to help Spanish-speaking families apply for Minnesota&#8217;s Medicaid programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working in a clinical setting is a brand-new experience for me&#8211;I have usually been more involved with public policy and political activism, but this experience has made me realize that I want to go in to medicine in a clinical setting too. I am hoping to go to medical school or nursing\/midwifery school, and to find ways to combat structural inequalities through access to health services and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you so much for the chance to explore something brand-new&#8230;without this opportunity I might never had realized my newfound passion for clinical and policy healthcare work.
