the\u00a0<strong>Date\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Time\u00a0<\/strong>for the shift the individual used<\/li>\n<li>Enter the\u00a0<strong>total amount of time off<\/strong>\u00a0requested<\/li>\n<li>Under the Job Code field, use the drop-down select the\u00a0<strong>Appropriate job Code<\/strong>\u00a0(Vacation, sick, high holiday &amp; floating holiday etc.) that aligns with the time off requested\n<ul>\n<li>If individual has multiple jobs make sure to coordinate with the other supervisor to eliminate double usage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>, successfully saved when visible in the timesheet<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/p>\n\t                    <\/div>\n\t class=\"colorblock-heading-1\">\n<ol>\n<li>Review employees time segments\n<ul>\n<li>Under the Exceptions column review, conflicting shifts, long shifts and missed clock times. The system will flag each category as an exception and<em><strong> requires<\/strong><\/em> approval\n<ul>\n<li>Conflicting shifts are considered any shift that overlaps a secondary shift within the same timeframe (flagged with a red circle)<\/li>\n<li>Long shift are considered any shift over 12 hours (flagged with a orange circle)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Missed clock times (flagged with a blue circle in the exception column) indicates a manual adjustment to a missed clock in\/out by the end user<\/li>\n<li>Additional exceptions will be shown as a blue circle these are information only to show supervisors a change to the clock in\/clock out time by the employee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Approve employees time segments\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure to address all Exceptions\n<ul>\n<li>Review all exceptions that indicate a red\/orange circle prior to approving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on <b>Resolve Period<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Click all <b>Approve <\/b>radio buttons, then click <b>Apply<\/b>, successfully approved when column M indicates a checkmark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Mass Approve departments timesheets\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all of your Exceptions are resolved<\/li>\n<li>Click on<strong> Group Hours<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Last Period<\/strong> (defaults to open weeks), click <strong>Update<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If you approve time after the pay period ends make sure the date range reflects the last period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Resolve Period <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click all <b>Approve <\/b>radio buttons , then click <b>Apply<\/b>, successfully approved when column M indicates a checkmark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"colorblock-heading-1\">\n<h3>Additional Information<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>When approving timesheets after the pay period ends make sure the date range reflects the Last Period<\/li>\n<li>(Fractions of hours must be rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and entered as a Fraction of the hour \u2013 for example 5.75 \u2013 5hours 45 minutes)<\/li>\n<li>Any time segments flagged with a Red X indicates hours apply to a different department an can <em>only<\/em> be approve by the supervisor of that department.<\/li>\n<li>If your employee has more than one job with a different department, you will receive the following <strong><em>error message<\/em><\/strong>: 9000009999 \u2013 Timeclock Test [XX\/XX\/XXXX XX:XX AM\/PM] One ore more approvals could not be changed due to job code access.
