of leave<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>enter the number of hours<\/strong>\u00a0you were away\n<ul>\n<li>Earn codes selections (Vacation\/Sick Time\/Floating function, you will have the opportunity to copy the leave hours entered to any additional applicable days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>To Restart your leave report and clear all of the existing entries\n<ul>\n<li>Click on\u00a0<strong>Restart Time<\/strong>\u00a0(circle arrow in the upper right)\n<ul>\n<li>The system will prompt a\u00a0<strong><em>warning message<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to verify do you want to remove all of the previously entered time and comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To proceed click on\u00a0<strong>Restart Time<\/strong>\u00a0to clear all entries or\u00a0<strong>Cancel<\/strong>\u00a0to go back to the original leave report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>To Delete time segment\n<ul>\n<li>Click on\u00a0<strong>Delete<\/strong>\u00a0(circle with a minus icon on the right)\n<ul>\n<li>The system will prompt a\u00a0<strong><em>warning message<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to confirm do you want to delete the selected time, Click\u00a0<strong>YES<\/strong>\u00a0to delete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save,\u00a0<\/strong>successfully deleted when no longer visible within the leave the\u00a0<strong>Comments Box<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Anyone who can access this leave report will be able to see the comments, such as employee, payroll or<br \/>\nHuman Resources staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To mask comments from the employee, select the<strong>\u00a0Confidential Comment box<\/strong>\u00a0under the text approval\n<ul>\n<li>Only choose\u00a0<strong>Submit<\/strong>\u00a0if you have completed your leave report<\/li>\n<li>If you need to change your leave report before your supervisor has approved it, you can click on\u00a0<strong>Recall Leave Report<\/strong>\u00a0(bottom right) to make additional changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/p>\n\t                    <\/div>\n\t employees, it is likely one of two reasons:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Employee has not started their leave report<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Employee has not submitted their leave report; still in the in-progress queue<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Access issue with set-up\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Questions regarding access with set-up should be directed to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/human-resources\/\">Human Resources<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\n                   <div class=\"linked-quote__headline\">\n        <div class=\"colorblock-heading-1\">\r\n<h5>Deadlines for Leave Report Entry &amp; Approval<\/h5>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Leave reports are due by the\u00a0<strong>10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the following month<\/strong>\u00a0(ex: August leave report would be due September 10<sup>th<\/sup>).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Approval deadline for supervisors is the\u00a0<strong>20<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of the following month<\/strong>\u00a0(ex: August leave report needs to be approved by September 20<sup>th<\/sup>)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A complete payroll schedule, with holidays, is available on the Payroll website.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong><em>If you miss the leave report deadline, send an email to\u00a0<a class=\"email\" href=\"mailto:payroll@macalester.edu\">payroll@macalester.edu<\/a>\u00a0(and
