Clock in/Clock out via Web Time Entry - Log intoÌý,
- Under the Student/Union Time Clock section, click onÌýClock In/Clock Out
- To start your shift, click theÌýClock InÌýbutton and then clickÌýContinue
- If you have multiple jobs, select the position you are recording your hours for, clickÌý°ä´Ç²Ô³Ù¾±²Ô³Ü±ð,Ìýand selectÌýOkay
- If you have only one job, once you selectÌýClock InÌýthe action is immediately initiated
- To end your shift, follow the same process for clocking out at the end of your shift

Add a Missed Clock Time - If you forgot to clock out the next time you clock in, you will be prompted to update missed clock time
- Log intoÌý, accessÌýEmployee Dashboard
- Under the Student/Union Time Clock section,Ìýclick onÌýClock In/Clock Out, you will receive the message from the system to submit your missing clock time, °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýContinue
- Enter theÌý¶Ù²¹³Ù±ðÌý²¹²Ô»åÌý°Õ¾±³¾±ðÌýfor the shift you did not clock in or out
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌý°ä´Ç²Ô³Ù¾±²Ô³Ü±ðÌýagain
- Once the time is successfully entered you can clock in for your next shift
- If you forgot to clock out the next time you clock in, you will be prompted to update missed clock time

Reivew Sick Time Balance - Review Sick Balance
- Log intoÌý
- Go toÌýMoney Matters on the left navigation, click onÌýClock In/Clock Out
- Click on the ³Õ¾±±ð·ÉÌý(on the blue toolbar to the left)
- Click onÌýAccruals, your accruals will display
- The Remaining column shows how much sick time is available
- Review Sick Balance

Review Leave Balance - Log intoÌý
- Under the Student/Union Time Clock section, click onÌýClock in/Clock out
- ·¡²Ô³Ù±ð°ùÌýBadge/ID Number
- Log ontoÌýDashboard
- Click theÌý3 horizontal lines
- Click onÌýView
- Click onÌýAccruals, your accruals will display
- Click the 3 dots
- Click Log off

Review Prior Shifts - Log intoÌý
- Under the Student/Union Time section, click onÌýClock in/Clock out
- Enter Badge/ID Number
- Log onto Dashboard
- Click the 3 horizontal lines
- ClickÌý³Õ¾±±ð·ÉÌý
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýHours, your prior shifts will display
- Click the 3 dots
- Click Log off

Delete, Modify or Copy a Time Segment using Timesheet Entry Function - Delete a Time Segment
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýClearÌýwithin the calendar day that needs to be removed
- SelectÌýAccept
- Action successful when the hours no longer show in the calendar
- Modify a Time Segment
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýEditÌýwithin the calendar day that needs to be removed
- Update theÌýclock in/out time, job code,ÌýorÌýStudent sick timeÌýas needed
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýSaveÌýafter all changes are made
- SelectÌýAccept
- Action successful when changes to the time segment are visible in the calendar
- Copy a Time Segment
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýCopyÌýwithin the calendar day that needs to be duplicated
- Select the dates toÌýadd the copied time segment
- °ä±ô¾±³¦°ìÌýPaste
- SelectÌýAccept
- Action successful when copied time segment shows on all selected dates.
- Delete a Time Segment
