A Health Savings Account (HSA), similar to a checking account, allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to help pay for eligible medical, dental, vision, and prescription expenses. Unlike the flexible spending account, a HSA allows you to \u201croll-over\u201d unused dollars into the next year.  There is no \u201cuse it or lose it\u201d provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
