Wirth"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I currently co-direct the Keck Geology Consortium REU, co-investigate coral reefs in Belize, and explore ways AI can support teaching and learning. Earlier in my career, I used geochemistry to study the origins and evolution of continental and oceanic crust, with field sites ranging from the Bering Sea region to Tanzania. I regularly taught Mineralogy, Petrology, and Geochemistry, along with introductory courses including Exploring the Solar System and Dynamic Earth and Global Change.
