Through these conversations, we uncovered three\u00a0core themes:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"statistic-group__stats\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"statistic-group__stat\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"statistic-group__stat-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Black outline of planet earth with a heart.\" class=\"statistic-group__stat-icon\" src=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/geography\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/557\/2024\/06\/planet-earth.png\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"statistic-group__stat-copy\">Our Macalester Geography alumni often pursue work that they find personally fulfilling. They enjoy working with others, seeing their impact and feeling part of a larger mission. These values are cultivated both at Macalester as well as at other points in their journeys.
