Spring semester billing statements are produced in mid-December with payment due January 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macalester&#8217;s Office of Student Accounts produces statements of account on a monthly basis. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/studentaccounts\/\">日韩精品 the Student Accounts site<\/a> for detailed information on Macalester&#8217;s billing policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All billing statements are <strong>produced electronically<\/strong>. There are no paper billing statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Students receive an email message<\/strong> when a new statement is available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students may <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/ebill\/#monthlybillingstatements\">access billing statements<\/a><\/strong> (and view account activity since the last statement) using <a href=\"http:\/\/1600grand.macalester.edu\">1600grand<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students may <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/ebill\/#authorizedusers\">authorize other people to view their statements<\/a><\/strong>. Authorized users will also receive an email message when a new statement is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calculating Your Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Determining exactly what amount to pay Macalester can be complicated, especially if you received financial aid of several types. Please use our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/financial-aid\/bill\/\">bill estimating worksheets<\/a> to calculate your payment. You will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/studentaccounts\/ebill\/\">Your account balance from a prior term<\/a>, if applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your current financial aid package for the semester (available to students at <a href=\"http:\/\/1600grand.macalester.edu\">1600grand.macalester.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To know which, if any, loans you will be using for the semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To know whether you are participating in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/payments\/#paymentplanoptions\">monthly payment plan<\/a> and, if so, how much you are financing through the plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To know whether you will be directly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/faq\/#q4\">applying your wages from student employment to your account balance.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When calculating your payment, please review the following questions about your billing statement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/financial-aid\/faq\/billing\/current_charges\/\">Are your current charges correct?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/financial-aid\/faq\/billing\/payment_aidnotcredited\/\">Do you have financial aid in authorized, pending, or memo status?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/financial-aid\/loans\/\">Have you accepted any loans you plan on borrowing and completed the necessary steps for each loan?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/faq\/#q4\">Do you plan on applying your student employment earnings toward your account?<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/payments\/\">Do you plan on enrolling in the payment plan?<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have determined the amount that is due, you may pay online using an electronic payment from your bank account or by using a credit card (a fee will apply to credit card payments).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/student-accounts\/payments\/\">Click here for more information about how to make a payment.<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Billing Statements Fall semester billing statements are produced in mid-July with payment due August 15.
