Industries that are well represented at the fair are business, government, social services, and healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What employers will be there?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Review the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mnpcfair.org\/organizations-at-the-fair\">list of employers attending the fair<\/a>. You can find out if they will be collecting resumes, interviewing on-site, have openings, or are currently recruiting for positions. You can also review Career Exploration&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1_tPrL_au3Lcdu42qcMlesZj3MQ5GiQwW7Mf2BLzyItE\/edit?gid=1004172059#gid=1004172059\">curated employer list<\/a>, organized by career community<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Will employers hire international students?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. Filter the list of employers attending by choosing &#8220;Hires Under OPT\/CPT&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My dream employer is attending! What should I do?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>First, have your application materials reviewed by a Career Exploration staff member. Send a cover letter and resume (PDF) and let them know you\u2019ll be attending Minnesota\u2019s Private College Job &amp; Internship Fair. Ask to be interviewed during the Fair. Employers will contact you directly to schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What can I do to prepare?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attend a prep session!
