About
Scots Pride unites Macalester’s LGBTQIA+ alumni across the globe for fun, social events, and networking. The group also seeks to support students, staff, and faculty through advancing a positive LGBTQIA campus climate. Scots Pride strengthens the college’s history and mission by enriching Macalester’s diverse community and fostering bonds between alumni and the campus.

Reunion
Macalester hosted a Scots Pride Reunion at Reunion 2023 on June 8 – 11, 2023. Scots Pride Reunion invites Macalester alumni who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community to (re)connect with alumni across class years. Scots Pride alumni came together for a dinner, Queer Prom, and a Professional Networking Mixer.

Alumni Zine
Inscription is a ‘zine with words of encouragement, love, and reflection from LGBTQIA+ alumni to LGBTQIA+ graduating seniors. Physical copies are gifted to seniors as part of the Lavender graduation ceremonies each year. View previous volumes below.
